CURATO TOUR & EXCURSION TERMS

1. General Conditions
By booking any travel services with CURATO, LLC ("CURATO," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all travel arrangements made through CURATO, including but not limited to tours, excursions, accommodations, and transportation.
2. Role of CURATO
CURATO acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers ("Suppliers"), such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We do not own, control, or operate any Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
3. Excursions and Tours
All excursions and tours arranged by CURATO are operated by independent Suppliers. These Suppliers may cancel or modify services without prior notice. Participation in excursions is subject to the Supplier's terms and conditions, including their right to deny participation based on their criteria.
4. Assumption of Risk
Clients participate in excursions and tours at their own risk. CURATO is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any excursion or tour. Clients release CURATO and its affiliates from any claims related to such activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
CURATO's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the travel services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, complying with health requirements, and ensuring the accuracy of information provided to CURATO.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective Suppliers. CURATO will assist in facilitating such requests but is not responsible for any fees or penalties incurred.
9. Travel Insurance
CURATO strongly recommends that Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms of their insurance coverage.
